A Fully Loaded Cybertruck for Project Zomboid
Project Zomboid's cars run on gas, make noise, and break bones when you hit something hard. This one doesn't.

It runs on a battery
There's no gas tank. The dash gauge shows charge. Gas cans and pumps don't work on it.
It barely uses anything while idling, drains faster the harder you drive, and puts a little back when you slow down. The heater and headlights cost a bit extra.
Charge it off a generator
Park within 12 tiles of a running generator, right-click the truck, and pick Plug in to charge. A full charge takes about 10 in-game hours and burns half a generator tank. While the grid is still up, you can plug in next to a powered building for free.

Start the motor and the cable comes out on its own.
Built to plow
- Quiet. Engine loudness is 20. The vanilla SUV is 100. Zombies a block away don't hear you coming.
- Plush cabin. Crashes and zombie impacts can't hurt anyone inside. No fractures, no deep wounds, no glass in your skin.
- Armored glass and stainless panels. The glass is 30 times tougher than vanilla against weapons, the panels 12 times, and both soak up 90% of zombie hits.
- Off-road. Brush and grass barely slow it down.
- Top-tier parts. Modern tires, brakes and suspension, a HAM radio, four seats, and a big locking vault in the back.

Finding one
Two sandbox switches, both on by default:
- World spawn: rare, in upscale neighborhoods, professional lots and luxury dealerships.
- Build it: the Build Cybertruck recipe needs Mechanics 8, Welding 7 and Electrical 6. It rolls out next to you with the key and a nearly empty battery, so find a generator first.
Battery drain, charge time, generator fuel cost, grid charging and armor strength are all sandbox options too.
